Day 14: 3 Healthy Habits
This is going to be hard because I’m pretty destructive. I do have a few that come to mind.
- I don’t eat processed foods. If I can’t read everything on the label and know what it is, I won’t eat it. It’s more of a recent thing but I can definitely feel the difference.
- Writing in a journal and this blog help me out. I tend to keep everything in and then blow up when it’s too late. It’s really healthy to have my emotions somewhere because whew chile when I blow up, I blow the fuck up.
- I walk a lot. A lot of it has to not having a license but I do enjoy walking. I hate working out so walking to work helps.
